Dear Sir or Madam,
Why is it so difficult to sort out retaxing one's car because
DISABLED. They say have not certificate which they did not return
last year have to pay, get all documents again then change back
because they are so incompetent deliberately delaying they have
then change back . Are they going to compensate me for this
unreasonable mean wastage of time.ALL DAY TODAY
What is going on used to do in 5 min flat .Why is DLA refusing to
send copy of certificate when receiving Higher rate DLA yet no
Motobility because had a backlog . Is this fair? Can find nobody
capable of assisting all giving out information they then
maladministrate . They are pretending do not have all the records.
NB BBC TV WATCHDOG
Police and LA say do not address yet will destroy your car if not
retaxed on time. What is going on? I've already had one cardiac
through stress are they going to give another by their fascistic
behaviour.

Dear Nicola Virdee,
It is unclear from your e-mail if you are trying to renew your tax
disc for your existing
vehicle, or if you have purchased a new vehicle. Therefore, it may
be helpful, if I explain the
process for both.HOW DOES THIS RESOLVE need new disc URGENTLY this
week . Why deliberately delay? Outrageous !!!
This is what you wrote when you know called over 50x re: the
retaxing of my DISABLED vehicle as totally dependent on it & DLA
being awkward about reissuing Cetificate that was sent to you last
year as had paid tax on kangoo when there was an exemption that you
didn't tell me about & DLA - Motobility [ 3 mth backlog refused
access despite MP intervening .
You have refused 100x to find a way round with extremely unhelpful
Managers I have had to call the LA and Police to sort out . Surely
they have better things to do but very grateful as you seem to be
gaining pleasure blaming me & not assisting to sort out . You know
very frightened and worried yet have insurance & MOT & could
photocopy DLA AWARD document .
You Know had cardiac arrest because of aggravation caused me a few
years ago when a Saga legal services agent recorded falsly had
motor neurone disease, to protect their interest when taking legal
services money for no access . What is matter with you ?
Do you and Managers have discretion or are you set up by a suspect
sole accountant like everyone else copying unjust/ undemocratic
structure?
.Request a London meeting with an expert witness with DPTA C or
Dept transport and expert witness re: this & fact also Dyspraxic &
you have no duty of care. Need oral resolution also cardiac arrest,
CFS / low thyroid ,spina bifida occulta. etc

Dear Nicola Virdee,
It appears it is on its way after 100 calls and many emails and
getting police onto so worried. Why stress people ou t[ NB Already
had one cardiac when there was simple way of resolution . This was
deliberate maliciousness and not acceptable from people and their
Manager . So request an internal review to see why no disability
provision or flexible resolution behaving like brainwashed robots.
Your record keeping is appalling as DIRECTGOV WEBSITE said could be
done on line.

Clarifying to a person who is capable of understanding as on a remit is a waste of time. Have disc now .If hadn't written and called over 20x would not have happened.Never ever had to clarify before there were call centres used as a tactic to annoy and delay.
