Background to my request.

Your office recently responded to an on line petition. Link below.

This response contains a material inaccuracy.

It includes the statement, for 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 there has
been a 100% compliance rate. This is simply not true!

Therefore, under the freedom of information act I would like a copy
of all the documentation/statistics used to create this misleading
response.
