Dear Sir or Madam,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Identity & Passport
Service's handling of my FOI request 'Entitlement Card consultation
analysis'.
I sent my request for information on 3rd January 2009 and sent a
reminder on 3rd February after the statutory 20 day limit had
expired. Now, on 3rd March, I have still had no reply to my
request.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,
Dr. Geraint Bevan

Dear Dr Bevan,
Please see the attached response which was sent to you on 11 February.
Unfortunately, it seems that it was sent to the incorrect email address.
I am also attaching the response to your request made at the same time,
as again it was sent to the same email.
Please let me know if you still wish to pursue an internal review of
this request.
Regards.
