Thank you for your Freedom of Information request dated 10 November 2009 in which you asked for information regarding enquiries concerning boundary location or alteration of title plans on Island Road, Sturry.

The department reasonably requires further information in order to identify and locate the information that you have asked for as Island Road, (part of the A28) is many kilometres long, the part through Sturry is over 1km in length. The request will not be able to be taken further without extra information from you. In particular, you would need to narrow the request.

Under section 21 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible. The information is available under the Land Registration Act 2002 and Land Registration Rules 2003.
