Dear Mr Harper,

Thank you for your reply to my FoI request re smoking ban
enforcement in Bristol.

To my question, "How many persons does Bristol City Council employ
specifically to enforce ban on smoking?", you responded: "None
specifically".

In the light of this response, I believe my original question was
poorly phrased.

I would therefore be grateful if you answer me again if the
question were rephrased as follows:

"How many Bristol City Council employees have enforcing the smoking
ban as part of their job?"

I'd also be grateful if you'd also answer the second question in my
original FoI request as regards the salary bill for such employees.

Yours sincerely,

Steve Woods
