Please provide me with the figures for prosecutions of persons for
fly tipping S33 & 34 Environmental Protection Act 1990, for the
following periods. April 08 to April 09 & April 09- to April 2010.

In a addition please provide me with the no. of fixed penalty
notices issued for litter and dog fouling in the same two periods.
