(a) addresses of all empty Residential properties that are owned by
Cambridge City Council;

Dear Mr Lamb

Further to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please find attached a list of empty properties, as of 15 January 2010.

As part of our modernisation of sheltered housing schemes, 75 out of the total 141 properties have been decanted to allow the refurbishment to take place.

The contact for properties in the North of the City, is Andrew Latchem, Area Housing Manager North and for properties in the South, it is Sandra Farmer, Area Housing Manager South. Should you wish to contact them, the format for their e-mails are:
