the councils area. Would you be able to supply me with these under
the Freedom of Information Act? A spreadsheet will suffice, I
require no personal information simply the property address.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST
I am writing to confirm that a copy of your request dated 10^th March 2010
has been forwarded to Blackpool Coastal Housing the Arms Length
Management Organisation who manage and maintain council housing on behalf
of Blackpool Borough Council.
You have not provided any criteria for "long term empty properties" I can
however tell you that as at 16^th March 2010 there are 194 empty
residential properties and 92 empty garages.
We do not provide a list of individual address.
If you have a complaint about the handling of your request you may ask for
an internal review and you should submit this in writing to: Council
Complaint, Blackpool Council, PO Box 50, Town Hall, Blackpool, FY1 1NA.
If you are not happy with the outcome of the review, you have the right to
apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. You can
