Dear Salford City Council,
I am looking for a list of long term empty property lists within
the councils area. Would you be able to supply me with these under
the Freedom of Information Act? A spreadsheet will suffice, I
require no personal information simply the property address.
Yours faithfully,
Andrew

Dear Andrew,
In order for us to process your request we require a full name.
I have given the link to the ICO guidance which states that a title and/or first name with surname satisfies the requirement for provision of a real name, as does the use by a female applicant of her maiden name. The prime consideration is whether enough of a person's full name has been provided to give a reasonable indication of that person's identity.
Below is a link to the guidance. An exerpt re 'real name' is given also
http://www.ico.gov.uk/upload/documents/l...
As soon as this is received we will be happy to answer your request.
Yours sincerely

Can I have a list of all empty properties that you know of? You
don't need to break them down by council or private nor whether
they are residentail or commercial property.
