Mr Fairchild made this Freedom of Information request to Lincolnshire County Council
The request was successful.
From: Mr Fairchild
15 December 2009
Dear Lincolnshire County Council,
Please could you provide a list of any commercial premises or land
owned by yourselves that are currently empty. I am only interested
in buildings with an area greater than 1,000 sq feet (approx 100 sq
metres) unless it is easier for you to simply supply a complete
list, and only interested in land that is
vacant/derelict/brownfield/unused countryside. If possible, please
include property known to be empty but that is currently let to
tenants. Derelict buildings are of particular interest.
Where possible, please include details of property owned by the
district councils, if this is available.
Yours faithfully,
Mr. Fairchild
