Empty Commercial Premises

Dear Hambleton District Council,

Please could you provide a list of any commercial premises or land
owned by yourselves that are currently empty. I am only interested
in buildings with an area greater than 1,000 sq feet (approx 100 sq
metres) unless it is easier for you to simply supply a complete
list, and only interested in land that is
vacant/derelict/brownfield/unused countryside. If possible, please
include property known to be empty but that is currently let to
tenants. Derelict buildings are of particular interest.

Leeming Bar

Food Enterprise Centre new building with 12 suites

2x1200 sq ft; 6x1500 sq ft; 4x3000 sq ft

Land for sale Approx 8.7 acres of land for industrial use - 2.18 acres at
Leeming Bar Industrial Estate and 6.52 acres on Leeming Bar Business Park

Dear Sarah Sawyer,

Many thanks for your prompt reply. One question/clarification. You
state that this is buildings that "economic development are aware
of" and seems to be more of a for sale/to let list.

Are there any other buildings (perhaps buildings previously used
for municipal purposes) that are empty/derelict - in particular any
buildings that you are not actively marketing for sale or lease?
Again, I am interested only in buildings over 1,000 sq ft only, and
also I am interested in industrial/warehouse type buildings and
_not_ buildings that are purely offices.
