Dear Mr Moore
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FoIA) REQUEST
I write further to our email of 11 September about investigators.
I am sorry that we are having to contact you again about this request.
You have asked us to confirm the number of investigators employed by us.
Can you confirm what you mean by investigator? We have a number of staff
who are office based who conduct checks and verify information in support
of investigations and we also have staff who gather evidence outside of
the office (e.g. surveillance, spot checks). Do you want us to take all
staff employed by our Fraud and Integrity team into account or only those
that work outside of the office?
Please note that without clarification of your requirements we will be
unable to process your request. If you do not respond within three months
from the date of this letter, then we will consider your request closed.
If you wish to discuss your request further then please contact me on the
details above. Please remember to quote your case reference number in any
future communications.
Yours sincerely
