Would you please provide for me under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000 information to the following question.

Could you please provide for me copies of all emails between Chris
Zammit from the Cabinet Office and Rob Hudson from Ecovert fm
regarding all mentions of SIA licences for the Cabinet Office Guard
Service between the beginning of January 2007 and end of September
2007

Thankyou for your reply to my request.
Can you please provide for me under the Freedom of Information Act
2000 the following requests.

A copy of your Departments policy regarding emails and how long
they should be kept and are they stored and kept by the Cabinet
Office IT Department.

What procedures are in place to recover emails after 90days if they
are requested for an internal investigation.
