I would suggest asking for an internal review of this. The DPA exemption doesn't mean an authority can withhold absolutely everything just because it mentions a third party. Some of the details they hold, for example, on Derek Canning, might already be in the public domain via court records. I'd be surprised if they don't hold at least _some_ information that should be disclosable.

Dear Rumble, Christine (WSC),

I am writing to have an internal review concerning my FOI request.
The DPA exemption doesn't mean an authority can withhold absolutely
everything just because it mentions a third party. Some of the
details you hold, for example, on Derek Canning, might already be
in the public domain via court records. Also i might like to add i
am friends of the named people and can readily get written
permission by them to obtain information about them. There is also
the possibility of simply censoring sensitive information.

Yours sincerely,

Benjamin Addison
