I would like to be provided with the following information under
the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding Bexley Central
Library, Townley Road, Bexleyheath DA6 7HJ.

1. When was the last Fixed Installation Electrical Test and
Inspection carried out in the Central Library?

2. Was the Fixed Installation Electrical Test and Inspection
carried out on 100% of the electrical circuits in the Central
Library?

3. What was the name of the company who carried out the last Fixed
Installation Electrical Test and Inspection in the Central Library?

4. Please provide me with an (electronic if possible) copy of the
last Fixed Installation Electrical Test & Inspection Report for
Central Library, removing any information relating to financial
data which may be exempt under Section 43 of the Freedom of
Information Act.
