Dear Sir or Madam,

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to know:

A. The number of persons in the local authority of compulsory
school age who are, or claimed to be, electively home educated and
who have been either suspected or found to be involved in child
abuse, neglect, forced marriage, sexual exploitation or domestic
servitude.

B. How many (if any) Serious Case Reviews or Joint Area Reviews
have reported with respect to home educated children in the LA.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am concerned that I have not even received an acknowledgement of
the FOI request I sent to you on 28th March. Please can you confirm
that it was received and that it is in progress. The request was as
follows:

A. The number of persons in the local authority of compulsory

servitude.

B. How many (if any) Serious Case Reviews or Joint Area Reviews

I am writing to request an internal review of Warrington Borough
Council's handling of my FOI request 'EHE abuse stats'.

It appears that the only way to get anything out of Warrington is to get the Information Commissioner involved - once they sent a stern letter, I got the information very promptly.
