The only question not answered is number 3 as the Officer who chaired the interview panel is on leave at the moment and I need to contact him regarding whether he has retained copies of the questions asked at interview. Once he has returned from leave I will send you a response in relation to question 3.

ANSWER The forms used to shortlist was the standard council shortlisting form M24a, see attached.

ANSWER YES

5.1) Was the successful candidate already an employee or agency

ANSWER The appointed candidate was an external applicant.

ANSWER The interview process was an interview with no tests or presentation. All candidates are scored against the M23 (person spec) in line with Council policy.
