The request was partially successful.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I wish to make a requet for information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.
I wish to know the value of the Ministry Of Justice's contract(s)
with EDS. The dates upon which any such contract(s) were signed and
the nature of the work undertaken by EDS for the Ministry Of
Justice.
I also wish to receive copies of any risk assessments carried out
by the Ministry Of Justice in relation to their obligations to
ensure that their contractors are compliant with the Data
Protection Principles and to be advised if risk assessments were
not carried out, why they were not carried out.
I wish to know if any established civil servants employed by the
Ministry Of Justice have any pecuniary interests in EDS and if so,
whom and what those interests are.
Have there been any previous security breaches or data losses by
EDS which have not yet been made public but which the Ministry Of
Justice is aware and if so how many, when did they occur and what
action was taken in respect of them.
Finally, I wish to be advised whether or not the Ministry Of
Justice intend to continue with their business relationship with
EDS in the light of their recent breach of the Data Protection Act
and if so, why?
I would ask that you remember the Act’s Section 16 duty on public
authorities to provide advice and assistance to requesters. If for
any reason you are leaning toward rejecting any part of this
request or if you plan to argue that it is unmanageable or
unanswerable in any way then I would expect you to contact me
promptly to find ways to answer this request to our mutual
satisfaction.
Should you have any questions or comments regarding this request or
should you be in any way unclear as to the nature and extent of the
information I am seeking, please contact me promptly and I shall be
happy to provide any clarification as may be required.
Yours faithfully,
Stephen Gradwick
