The Council reasonably requires further information in order to identify
and locate the information that you have asked for. This is because an
internal communication would not relate to communication between Bracknell
Council the London Borough of Hillingdon, this would be an external
communication. I will not be able to take this matter further without
extra clarification from you. For example, do you require a copy of
correspondence between Hillingdon and Bracknell Council in relation to the
e+ scheme?

To clarify,

I would like to see all external emails, documents or other
communication with London Borough of Hillingdon regarding the e+
scheme.

I would like to see all internal emails, documents and other
communication about London Borough of Hillingon and the e+ scheme.

Please take "e+ scheme" to mean the scheme itself (general info,
processes, statistics, advice etc) and the associated services and
systems (e.g. smart connect).

I understand that some areas of the request may come under business
secrets so to save time and clarification later, please redact
specific areas if needed.
