DUTY OF CARE? ---- for Ministers

Dear Sir or Madam,

Who adresses problems where can't get appropriate teeth care
because of costs as if I have anaesthetic have to pay for
everything else .

I am a pensioner never paid a proper wage to afford these mercenary
costs .

When I have diagnosed CFS ' fibromyalgia, low thyroid, spina bifida
occulta - chronic utis & bowel problems , why am I neglected by NHS
with acute pain when muscles examined so have to be anaethetised
now made my sister ill who has to travel 2 hrs each way to escort
me to cover those administering ??

!!!Why if I am willing to pay for anaesthetic am I forced into
paying for everything else -what can't afford .Why is NHS ripping
me off by not providing access??!

This is happening with many other conditions including
hirsutism/obesity unqualified medical people are dictating using
suspect surveys and statistics.
Who is going to sort out this mess certainly not those on remits in
call centres.

IT IS NOW OVERDUE AND ILLEGAL??

Are you deliberately maladministrating by delay ? I have 2
abscesses needing ongoing AFFORDABLE care with sedation dues to CFS
trigger points - muscular organs - gums are one [ NB cardiac arrest
connection oxygen having problems reaching major organs ] I need
NHS CARE don't mind paying for sedation but apparently saying have
to pay privately for bridges & crowns .

Have already spent over £5000 on temporary work Wimpole St which
insurance refused to pay.Now can't get insurance??!

!NB Financial Ombudsman inventing problems refusing postponed
meeting after having case 5x NB legal expert witness .

So request oral recorded meeting] review/ plan from decision maker
not on contract/remit

Dear Sir or Madam,

This regularly happens with referrals of those over 50 who Dentists
say medically compromised and GPs pass from pillar to post to wrong
tier hospitals .There is a Doctor[ Medical Director ] on contract
in Surgery . My LA have 12 !!The DOH says there are sedation
clinics . No goodif yoyu could have heart attavk or stroke. Just
because education paid [poor salary shouldn't have to let my teeth
decline as can';t afford. Need to get anaesthetic withNHS treatment
was £10000 when already paid over £5000 for temporary work which
health insurance wouldn't let claim on with Financial Ombudsman
complying still ignoring postponed meeting .
Obviously delaying on purpose . Even had Healthcare Commission
doing ??!!

where administration time and sequence delay, on purpose, and
not put right one can refer to Cabinet Office.

In my experience this causes particular problems for those with
chronic conditions that need monitoring, research and follow
up, as the only objective research is in tier 3 hospitals, many
of which don't exist . Doctors from abroad, and the not fully
qualified here are employed in favour of fully qualified [
ethical oath] directed by contract paying heed solely to
dubious statistical research. It is also happening within
social and legal system .
