Curiously, I can't find this case either in the FTT's list of current cases at <http://www.informationtribunal.gov.uk/cu...> or in their database of decisions at <http://www.informationtribunal.gov.uk/Pu...>.

It was withdrawn, I found details on a Google cache copy of the IT's case list.

Dear University of Oxford,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of University of
Oxford's handling of my FOI request 'Dr Stanley Ho'.
You denied me the information last year stating that you were
appealling the decision to the Information Commissioner. I
understand that appeal has been withdrawn. Could you now supply me
with the information I had originally asked for?
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

Dear Mr Davis,
I write to acknowledge your request regarding Dr Stanley Ho, which was
received on 19 April.
You have stated that you are requesting an internal review of our response
to your request dated 19 August 2009. However, since the circumstances
cited in our response no longer apply, I think it makes more sense to
treat this as a re-submission of your original request.
We will issue a substantive reply as soon as practicable, and, in any
event, no later than 18 May, which is the 20th working day following the
date of receipt.
Yours sincerely
