DPA 1998 Violations - File Accuracy and handling

Dear Northamptonshire County Council,

Please supply under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the number
of times Northamptonshire County Council/departments/employees have
broken any Principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 in the last
10 years.

Please also supply under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the
number of sensitive case files that have been checked in the last 8
months for the correct closure date, retention period and
destruction date and how many were found to be incorrect.

Please confirm under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 if Social
Services sensitive closed case files held in Rushden in 1994 and
subsequently held in Wellingborough have been moved and where to.

Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Northamptonshire
County Council's handling of my FOI request 'DPA 1998 Violations -
File Accuracy and handling'.

Please review the answer to the first question from the public
perception of the answer is that you haven't a clue how many times
you have broken at Act of Parliament. Hope MP is satisfied with
this totally inadequate answer. Please review
