Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to know:

2009 (Bleriot) Event?

2. Did Dover District Council enter into any financial agreement
with Cresting Ltd. in respect of the Dover 2009 (Bleriot) Event? If
so please provide copies of any correspondence.

Dear Maureen Pearce,

Thank you for your prompt reply. As I stated in my original
request:

"I do not anticipate that the information I require will exceed any
threshold that requires payment for the provision of information.
If you believe that I am liable to costs please advise me, with
reasons, in order that I might refine my request".

That said, I do not believe that my request will incur expense as
the information I require must I assume, be readably accessible
within an organised, efficient, public authority.

Yours sincerely,

Diane Amos
