Dear Barnet Borough Council,

Under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000, I would be very grateful
if you could please provide me with the following information:-

(1) The number of Light duty domestic vehicle crossover
applications made to Barnet in the N14 postcode area between the
period of period January 2008 to November 2009
(2) The above applications, categorised in terms of the width
applied for i.e. 2.4m, 3.0m, 3.6m, 4.2m and 4.8m
(3) Of the above applications, how many approved applications
required a tree to be removed and reinstated.
(4) The average cost rate, per meter square of crossover, for each
width category, charged by Barnet for undertaking crossovers works
involving:
a. a tree needing to be removed and reinstated and,
b. where no trees or street furniture were affected.

The cost should include all costs as quoted to an applicant for
undertaking the works.

Dear Barnet Borough Council,

Further to my request for information under the Act, I would be
grateful for a response. By law, the authority should have
responded by the 15th January. If a response is not recived by 29th
January, I will seeking further advice to obtain the information.

If as appears the council has not responded at all after 20 working days have passed, you should now make a complaint to the Information Commissioner, who will instruct Barnet to respond.
