Good Afternoon

I now have the answers to your enquiry

Firstly we only have Dog Control Orders for failing to remove dog faeces.

During the 12 month period 1/10/06 - 30/09/07 - 2 FPNs were served both
for allowing a dog to foul and not clearing it up
During the 12 month period 1/10/08 - 30/09/09 - 1 FPN was served for
allowing a dog to foul and not clearing it up

No FPNs were served during the other periods.

There were no appeals
No prosecutions were brought and fines were paid.

During the periods we had 1 Dog Warden

Thank you
