Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for your reply to my FOI reference FOI261413.
You are stating that my request constitutes a vexatious request. It
is not my request that is vexatious but your answer. I have been
lead into asking for this information by your answers to my other
FOI'S.
My former employers The Daily Mail have highlighted in their
newspaper that the cabinet offices failure to answer FOI requests
properly, even a report from the Information Commissioners office
states this.
Therefore I am asking again under the Freedom of Information Act
2000 would you please provide me with information to the following
request.
Would you please provide all correspondence (including
documentation and minutes) between Mr Gus O'Donnell (head of the
Civil Service), Mr Roger Marsh, Mr Jerry Page and Ecovertfm
regarding the privatisation of the Cabinet Office Guard Service
between 1st January 2007 and the 22nd April 2007.
I would like this request now to go for an Internal Review.
Yours sincerely,
paul griffiths
