Dear Conwy Council,

I am writing to enquire if CCBC own the Freehold of the property
known as the Rhos Harbour Bistro, situated at Rhos Point, Rhos On
Sea LL28 4NG. If CCBC do own the Freehold, could you please advise
how long the term of the Lease is and when it expires please. If
you are also able to give the current yearly rent, that would be
appreciated.

The Council does own the freehold of the Bistro.
The lease of Bistro commenced on the 5th June 1990 for a term of 21 years. It therefore expires on the 4th June 2011. The current annual rent is £6,750.00.

For your additional information, the Bistro is currently let on this extremely low rent to Neil Formstone, a FORMER County Councillor... I'm sure you can fill in the blanks for yourself.
