Dear Ministry of Justice,

Please would you give me ANY ONE SINGLE PIECE of data which
LAWFULLY evidences that Statutes and Acts overrule a man or woman
of this land's LAWFUL Right to NOT recognise the Jurisdiction of a
corporate or maritime court, or indeed any of its corporate
policies?

If you are not able to supply this one single piece of evidence,
please would you kindly tell me who is?

Thank you.

Yours faithfully and without ill will, vexation or frivolity,

Sarah: Goldsmith

Dear Ms Goldsmith,

SUBJECT: Freedom of Information Request

Thank you for your correspondence of February 24, 2010, in which you
asked for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA)

From our preliminary assessment, it is clear that we will not be able to

the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), a public authority need not
comply with a request unless any further information reasonably required
to locate the information is supplied.

I am currently unclear as to the exact scope of the information in which
you are interested. In order to help us ensure that we provide you with
the right information, I would be grateful if you could clarify your
request.

If you require information regarding Statutes and Acts, you may want to
look at the following websites:

Dear Data Access & Compliance Unit,

Thank you for your reply. You request clarification:

I wish to find out how a man or woman on the land can have access
to LAW as opposed to statutory/legislation.

Therefore, please give me details of any Court De Jure that has
been allowed to remain in England. (In other words NOT a de facto
court which is set up for PROVIDING THE SERVICE OF ADJUDICATION - a
service that can be refused, if one does NOT wish to CONTRACT for
said adjudication services)

Yours sincerely,

Sarah: goldsmith

Dear Ministry of Justice,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I request an internal review of Ministry of Justice's handling of
my FOI request 'Do acts supercede Common Law?'.

Every time I ask a question about LAW I am directed to the same
website(s) regarding legislation. My question was VERY PRECISE, and
has been vexatiously and dishonourably ignored.

If the Ministry of Justice WILL NOT ANSWER A QUESTION ABOUT LAW
(rather than corporate 'legislation') who will!!!???

My question again:

please give me details of any Court De Jure that has
been allowed to remain in England. (In other words NOT a de facto
court which is set up for PROVIDING THE SERVICE OF ADJUDICATION - a

Dear Ms Goldsmith,

Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Outcome of internal review

Thank you for your e-mail dated 9 March in which you requested that we
review our handling of your request for information on whether acts
supersede common law. You have requested this review because you believe
that your request is very precise but we have continually directed you to
a number of websites regarding legislation.

I have now completed my review and I am satisfied that your request was
handled correctly. Section 1(3) of the Act states that we are entitled to
seek clarification in order to identify and locate the information
requested and has the authority not to respond to the request until this
further information is supplied.

I am satisfied that we have met our obligations under section 16 of the
Act to provide advice and assistance as we have on two previous occasions
explained that we needed further clarification from you, and in an effort
to provide advice and assitance directed you to a number of websites that
may have helped answer your request.

I believe that your request is at present too broad and seems to be on the
interpretation of the legal authority of courts in the United Kingdom.
However, in an effort to be helpful and outside the scope of the FOIA you
may find the following textbooks helpful in providing clarification:

o Smith, Bailey & Gunn on the modern English legal system. 4^th edition.
Sweet & Maxwell. 2002

o English Legal system. 10^th edition. Catherine Elliot & Francis Quinn.
Pearson. 2009

o The English legal system. 4^th edition. Jacqueline Martin. Hodder
Arnold. 2005

o The English legal system. 10^th edition. Gary Slapper. Cavendish
Publishing. 2010.

o Walker and Walker's English legal system. 10^th edition. Richard Ward.
OUP. 2008

These books will detail the English legal system, the way the courts work
and the procedures. I can advise that these textbooks can be assessed
through your local library service, either they will have them already or
they will be able to get them for you on an inter-library loan.

If you remain dissatisfied after an internal review decision, you have the
right to apply to the Information Commissioner's Office under Section 50
of the FOIA. You can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at the
following address:

It is clear I shall NOT get a response. The government do not accept that LAW exists, and rely on corporate policy (ie statutes) to sidestep answering ANY question regarding LAW

Wesley Hayden left an annotation (23 April 2010)

to be fair sarah: Goldsmith did explicitly use the word "LAW" and you then try and palm her off with books about legislation?

keep going Sarah!
you have obviously asked a question they dare not answer properly.

I'm not sure what you meant to achieve by asking this question, so maybe they have a point.

Are you asking about whether Common Law as opposed to Statute Law takes precedent, when asking this question? I'm sure they'll suggest that it's a bit of both in this corrupt country where justice means nothing. The Ministry of Justice looks for loopholes, like this, in any questions asked, just as judges and solicitors or barristers look for them in any 'laws'. Anything that allows the MoJ to evade answering questions on this site about Justice, seems to be the order of the day.

Why not ask about 'Natural Justice' which is also meant to apply to any Court decisions, but which is all too readily ignored by them nowadays, because Judges can do this with impunity, because there appears to be no law against it? I've tried asking them about such things and they've refused to give a straight answers to me too.

Likewise, the Human Rights Act is useless to anyone at all, except to those representing accused criminals because they get free legal aid (or easy money for lawyers), as has been proven by the 3 MPs up on fraud charges, who should spend their ill gotten gains first like any other crook often does.

Deararah Strawperson. You have been invaluable to those of us who remain honourable. THE LEGAL SYSTEM IS SYSTEMATICALLY CLOSING DOORS SO THAT IT IS NOW A ONE WAY STREET,it may reach out into your life but you may not access it. In part, it is aboutprotecting the paedophile gangsters (gordon brown et al)running the country (into the ground called europe).
Thank you for your work, Sarah.
