I am writing to confirm that we have now completed the search for the
information you requested relating to the proposed relocation of the
Sloane Practice to Heeley Sidings, Sheffield including correspondence
with GPs, other interested parties and the Police Authority.

The proposed relocation of the Sloane Practice to Heeley Sidings is
being undertaken as a third party development and therefore any
contractual relationship will be between the practice and the third
party developer. Sheffield Primary Care Trust does hold some
information relating to the move, however, at this moment in time
negotiations between the parties involved are ongoing and as such we are
not able to disclose the information you request. Section 43(2) of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 states that information is exempt from
disclosure if it would, or would be likely to, prejudice the commercial
interests of any person. This is a qualified exemption which is subject
to a public interest test. We do not consider it to be in the public
interest to disclose information about commercial projects involving
public bodies while negotiations are ongoing.

If you are not happy with our response or the way your request has been
dealt with you should contact the Freedom of Information lead at: the
above address in the first instance. You can ask for a review of the
decision or you can make a complaint. Please quote the reference number
