Dear Miss Williams,

Further to your request of 15 August 2010 the information I am able to
provide is as follows -

We only hold information you requested since the implementation of a
new computer software system in January 2007.

Therefore, the number of clients receiving DHP's for specified periods,
from April 2005 to April 2010 is,

2005/2006 - information not available
2006/2007 - 16 clients (period January 2007 to March 2007 only,
information for April 2006 to December 2006 not
available)
2007/2008 - 54 clients
2008/2009 - 75 clients
2009/2010 - 105 clients.

Please see attached the Authority's DHP policy, application form,
financial statement and also guidance for Enquiry Officer visits carried
out under the policy.

If you are unhappy with the decision made to withhold information in
relation to your request, you may ask for an internal review. Please
