Dear Sir or Madam,
if Ministers and Leaders cannot be contacted because of call centre
rules, remits and contracts from sole accountants how is one
supposed to get justice and not civil liberties abuse - negligence
??! How do the regulatory Commissions set up like call centres
monitor this, or are they just picking and choosing what they feel
like because they know there are no more trading standards or
anyone accountable ? Surely PAs, PALS & COMPLAINTS on remits are
set up to maladministrate !

This request is currently overdue a response from Ministry of
Justice. By law, the response hhas to be no later than 15 June 2009
under the Freedom of Information Act tyou should have replied by
now, and are breaking the law.So request internal review,

The LAs /Pcts/SHAs and hospitals are registering dishonestly those who question discrimination as mentally disabled .How is it monitored that this is not done to protect their financial interest and is not an abuse of power by maladministrating . And why is it since this was done all regulatory authorities including data protection have ignored protestations . Surely this is an abuse of power and infringement of civil liberties. ??! Why are those contracted in are used to back this up by ignoring codes of ethics.and discretion

Dear Sir or Madam,
My local Police says you are to contact them about the destruction
of evidence by Admin Court Royal Courts of Justice not acting
legally . As nobody legal overseeing. after telling me would
personally send after requested x2 for a courier to collect via my
legal expert witness.or won't
record . Tried to record as CAD 3406 in line with tax renewal but
person said FOI said she couldn't tell me what wrote so suspect is
not correct . I DON'T THINK THIS IS TRUE .As have disabilities also
dyspraxic.
I need named official not on a remit to deal with serious
allegation as when I phone get put on to call centre of those not
understanding right or wrong then blaming me so request a meeting
with an Official from Ministry of Justice [ suggested by Attorney
General ] not on contract or remit
with me and my expert witness legal rep who is still overseeing

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am coming to you as I can find no organisation functioning
honestly and ethically as I, and everyone else, should not have to
ask questions if the country was running fairly, or be left in
limbo treated like the enemy . When I ask questions the rubbish
that is sent back shows we are enduring civil liberties abuse .
Please see my requests here re: evidence being destroyed by Royal
Courts of Justice which can prove those operating the system
defrauding.Surely this is not legal? This same matter was pilot for
MA 2003 and nothing to rectify has been done since even though all
Governmentsinformed and MP since 1996 .
Those who have suffered under this NO DISCRETION rule in a
democracy should be duly compensated not only for what they have
lost but for time and monies wasted trying to address this
illegality ??!
I therefore would like a Review re:this & many other injustices &
need to restructure from remits and contracts based on surveys &
statistics[ out of date research] to individual case studies to fix
at the root. Problems that cause damage to one also hurt everyone
else . By having an admin directed by sole accountants that
contracts in the legal professionals means they are not in control
directing. They are allowing themselves to be contracted in for
their own gain like the Doctors.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Who sees that the administration of Benefits and the Tribunal
Service carries out the decision made as I have spent years trying
to find out . What I have found there is noone legal overseeing
their maladministration to point it is now corrupted . Who is able
to resolve problems and injustice when staff for Government appear
to be on remits not to.This I have just had from Parliamentary
Ombudsman who just reitterate their role and what can't do??Then
blame and so rude put phone down .In a democracy?

Dear Sir or Madam,
You will note James Ross in Attorneys Office suggested this that
police need to record and call centre saying you are to contact
them or they will ignore me .On a number of issues of fraud they
have refused to record or let me see or sign what was written if
got to that point ??!! Ethical, legal?
