Dear Mr Hansen,

Thank you for your email regarding your request for an Internal Review
to your Freedom of Information Act request (RFI20090154).

As explained in our response dated 20 February 2009, where the Act does
not apply to the information held by the BBC in relation to your
request, we do not offer an Internal Review but suggest that if you do
not agree with our decision then you can raise the issue directly with
the Information Commissioner's Office. The contact details for the ICO
can also be found in our previous response.

Yours sincerely,

Information Policy and Compliance.

Dear FOI Enquiries,

This "reply" demonstrates that the BBC is as arrogant as ever. As I
explained I requested an internal review because the BBC had failed
to comply with the last paragraph of my original enquiry. In your
"reply" you completely ignore that and instead waffle on about
something entirely different in an attempt to distract attention. I
suggest that you read the last paragraph of my original enquiry
before replying.

Yours sincerely,

David Hansen
