Diamond Jubilee

Steve Elibank made this Freedom of Information request to Privy Council Office

Waiting for an internal review by Privy Council Office of their handling of this request.

From: Steve Elibank

18 January 2010

Dear Privy Council Office,

Please treat this as a request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000.

Peter Mandelson, presumably as Lord President of the Council, made
a statement in the House of Lords this month regarding arrangements
for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in 2012.

May I request the following:
— Electronic copies of all correspondence connected to and which
was involved in the preparation of Lord Mandelson's announcement.
— A full list of other government departments and agencies who were
involved in the decision-taking process (DCMS? BIS? Prime
Minister's Office?).

If this request would be better served by another department or
agency, please transfer it to them as part of your duty to assist
those making FOI requests.

Yours faithfully,
Steve Elibank

Dear Privy Council Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Privy Council
Office's handling of my FOI request 'Diamond Jubilee'.

My request was made ten months ago and I have not yet received any
response; surely this is not acceptable service?

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/di...

Please respond to confirm receipt.

Yours faithfully,
Steve Elibank
