Dear Sir or Madam,

This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000.

Please provide me with information about:

(a) current guidance made by the British Transport Police and given
to staff (including guidance that is available on an intranet) that
deals with how to co-operate with the Scottish Government, and
(b) the existance and results of any assessments undertaken since
1st January 2008 about the way in which the Home Office co-operates
with the Scottish Government.

Please provide copies of relevant documents in an electronic
format.

British Transport Police (BTP) can confirm that currently there are no
documents or guidance regarding the above. Also there have been no
assessments undertaken.

BTP are still a law unto their own, They lie, lie & lie again - and get away with it. If you live in Glasgow, speak to your MP, Mr Tom Harris. Now he is no longer responsible for the Force, he'll probably help you.
