Details of underground watercourses in Hastings

L Bishop made this Freedom of Information request to Hastings Borough Council

The request was partially successful.

From: L Bishop

30 January 2010

Dear Hastings Borough Council,

I am requesting information about the locations of underground
(culverted) streams and/or rivers in Hastings. This information
could be presented as a written description of where said
watercourses flow under. Alternatively some form of annotated
map/diagram would be equally acceptable.

Furthermore, I would like to make a request for information as to
the construction materials used for the culverts, and their
internal diameter. I am aware that this information may be scarce,
so I will accept estimates and approximations.

Yours faithfully,

Mr L Bishop

The following information is held:
Some of the information requested is contained in the Strategic Flood Risk
