At Cabinet meeting of 18th Oct., (Finance and best value), the
'Item 25', (exempt), was listed under the title, 'Shared services
with Wirral PCT'.

We would like a list of what constitutes those, 'shared services'
please, together with a description of their chronology of
development i.e. How/when they came about, and details of their
context.

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your request detailed below. The Council has no recorded
information to supply you with in relation to your request.
In October 2007 the Council and the PCT had some initial, preliminary
talks over shared financial services, but these discussions did not
result in any services being set up. Therefore no report was actually
produced.
