requested is in the attachment.

Please note that the attachment does not contain information about
individual owners. This is because such information would be personal data
as defined under the Data Protection Act 1998. Under section 40 of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000, such information is exempt from
disclosure if disclosure to a member of the public otherwise than under
the Freedom of Information Act would contravene any of the data protection
principles set out in the Data Protection Act 1998.

Disclosing the information would contravene the first and second data
protection principles in that disclosing it would not amount to fair
processing and would be incompatible with the specified purposes for which
it is held. Those purposes do not include disclosure to members of the
public

If you disagree with our decision to refuse part of your request, you can
ask us to review it. An officer from another council will then look it at
