Dear Isle of Wight Council,

Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-

(a) addresses and rateable values of empty Commercial properties
with a current rateable value greater than £50,000 that are within
Isle of Wight Council area; and

(b) the names and addresses of the owners of those properties
referred to in (a)

Thank you for your information request under The Freedom of Information
Act.

Barry Cooke, Head of Strategic Asset Management, has confirmed that there
are currently no empty commercial properties within the Isle of Wight
Council's property portfolio with a rateable value greater than £50,000.

The Isle of Wight Council in complying with their statutory duty under
Sections 1 and 11 of The Freedom of Information Act to release the
enclosed information will not breach the Copyright, Designs and Patents
Act 1988. However, the rights of the copyright holder of the enclosed
information will continue to be protected by the law. If you wish to use
this information you may require approval or license from the copyright
holder.

If you have any complaints in respect of your information request please
write to the Information Management Team at the above address or complete
the online appeals form that can be found at
[1]www.iwight.com/information. If your complaint is not resolved to your
complete satisfaction you have the ultimate right, once you have exhausted
the internal appeals process, to appeal to the Information Commissioner.
