Dear Ms Davis
I am writing to you regarding your recent request for information made
under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. You requested details of:
(a) addresses and rateable values of empty Commercial properties with a
current rateable value between £18,000 and £20,000 that are within
Kirklees Borough Council area; and (b) the names and addresses of the
owners of those properties referred to in (a)
Having considered your request and previous ICO decisions and Freedom of
Information Act caselaw (specifically decisions FS50072180 and CP England
v Bexley) I can disclose the following information:
All commercial properties with a rateable value between £18,000 and
£20,000 where the liable party is not a natural person and the commercial
property in question has been empty for 6 months or more. I have provided
the name of the liable party and the address of the commercial property in
question.
