with a current rateable value between £18,000 and £20,000 that are
within Hillingdon Borough Council area; and

Dear Ms Davis
I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information Request below.
In this instance the information you are requesting is exempt from the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act) pursuant to S21 of the Act
which states that information is exempt if it is already accessible to
the applicant by other means.
The London Borough of Hillingdon recently disclosed to you list of
empty commercial properties along with the address and. where held, the
owners of these properties. Information regarding the rateable value of
each of these properties can be obtained from the Valuation Office
website which maintain an online data base of properties and their
rateable value.
