Dear Ms Davis

Thank you for your request for information. Unfortunately, in this
instance we are unable to process your request. This is due to the cost of
locating and retrieving the information, which exceeds the appropriate
limit set by law – Section 9 of the Freedom of Information Act – Over
Prescribed Limit.

As a result of the formation of Unitary Authority, we have undertaken a
major exercise to merge the data from the previous authorities (South
Shropshire District Council, North Shropshire District Council, Oswestry
Borough Council, Bridgnorth District Council and Shrewsbury & Atcham
Borough Council. We were hoping to be able to provide you with the
information required, however on further analysis we have determined it
will take over 18 hours work to collate the data.

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 this letter is a
refusal notice to your request. If you are unhappy with the way your
request has been handled, you may ask for an internal review. Please
contact The Information Governance Team, Audit Services, Shropshire
Council, Shirehall, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ND or email on
[Shropshire Council request email] if you wish to request a review.

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the information commissioner for a decision.
