Dear Ms Davis
I am writing to apologise for the delay in replying to your FOI request.
Unfortunately there have been many changes made recently within the
Council resulting in amalgamation of Services and redundancies within
the staff and therefore this has resulted in increased workload.
I am today chasing the relevant Department concerned and will get them
to e-mail you with some timescale for your answer.
Thanking you for your patience in this matter.
Kind regards

Dear Ms Davis,
Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to your request for
information.
I have attached a spreadsheet detailing the addresses of empty
Non-Domestic properties and the relevant Rateable Values. With regard to
the request for details of owners of empty properties, I believe that this
information is exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act
as it is information which can be obtained from Land Registry.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of any further
assistance.
Yours sincerely,
Helen White IRRV
