Further to your e mail dated 8th May I attach two spreadsheets that have
been provided to me by my colleagues which show the vacant commercial
properties within South Hams. The second attachment identifies those
properties which are owned by the Council. I note that this does not
include the rateable values and I will seek to get this information for
you but thought it best to send you what I do have bearing in mind my
delay in dealing with your request.

Nor, you will note, have I provided the names of the owners of those
properties referred to in the first attachment. I will need to obtain
these from my colleagues and determine whether or not this information is
exempt under Section 40(2) of the Act.

I note that in requesting this information you have not made an
application to re-use the information in accordance with The Reuse of
Public Sector Information Regulations 2005. May I therefore take this
opportunity to advise you that in disclosing this information to you in
accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the
Council is not giving its consent for it to be re-used for any other
purpose, for example, republication or redistribution either by hard copy,
e mail or database. Should you have any further queries in respect of
this please contact me.

If you are dissatisfied with this decision you may complain to the
Council, either to me or through the Council's complaints procedure which
is available on our website [1]www.southhams.gov.uk; or you can contact
the office of the Information Commissioner at this postal address:

I hope to contact you shortly to confirm any further information that
should be provided to you.
