Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-
(a) addresses and rateable values of empty Commercial properties
that are within Sefton Borough Council area; and
(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

We do not have a report that will immediately provide the information you
want. However, I think we can extract part a) of your request it from the
database but it will take a few days to do.
We cannot extract just company names though as our database is not
constructed in such a way that would enable us to make the distinction
between companies and individuals. Due to Data Protection regulations we
cannot provide you with information on individuals so would not be able to
provide part b) of your request.
I will update you further in due course.

Further to my e-mail yesterday please find attached an electronic version
of the empty properties within Sefton. You should be able to open this
within Excel. Please let me know if you have any difficulties and I will
resend.
