(a) addresses and rateable values of empty Commercial properties
that are within Rother District Council area; and

(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

With reference to your request received on 08 May 2009 about empty
commercial property rates, please find attached a spreadsheet provided by
the Finance Division. Please note individual account holders names are
not shown as these would be subject to Data Protection; therefore they are
exempt under Section 40..

You may use our internal complaints procedure if you are dissatisfied. If
you are still dissatisfied you may appeal to the Information
Commissioner. Please contact Anne Bruin, Team Leader - Customer Services,
