Dear Natalie,
Sorry for the delay in dealing with your request.
II can partially comply by providing the empty property addresses and
rateable values. Owner details aren't held for all properties as we only
hold the latest ratepayer details and therefore can't verify ownership in
all cases. In addition, where the latest ratepayer is an individual we
cannot provide their details
Given that this data would differ from your request would you like me to
supply only the address and rateable value?
