Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-
(a) addresses and rateable values of empty Commercial properties
that are within Richmond Upon Thames Borough Council area; and
(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

Dear Ms Davis,
Thank you for your request for information received on 8th May 2009.
Your request is being considered and the information will be provided
within the 20 working day statutory timescale, this is subject to the
information not being exempt or containing reference to any third party.

a conditional exemption which is subject to the public interest test
namely:

Section 38: Health & Safety
Section 41: Information provided in Confidence
Section 43: Commercial Interests
It is anticipated that this will require an additional 20 working days to
the public interest test.
If this timescale needs to be extended you will be advised as to the
reasons and provided with a revised timescale.
