Dear Ms Davis,
I write in response to your recent request made under the Freedom of
Information act.
The reply from Basildon District Council is attached to the foot of this
email.
(Further to my previous email to you, we are also unable to provide a
response to Part b of your request, as our reporting system does not
provide names of the owners and does not distinguish between properties
whose owners are individuals or those that are corporate entities)
If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your
request and wish to make a complaint or request a review of our decision,
