Details of Empty Commercial Properties

Dear Mr O'Neill,

I would like to apologise for the late response to your request for information. Your request has actually come direct to the Officer responsible for dealing with Customer Services and as such appears to have not been entered into the database.

The usual procedure for information requests would mean you were sent an acknowledgement receipt that your request was being looked into. It would be a great help to me if you have received such an email if you would forward it to me and I can follow up with the officer responsible.

I refer to your e-mail of 13/05/2009 asking for

Please find enclosed -

Unforunately Adur District Council do not hold any information on any privately owned commercial properties. I can only advise that you would need to trawl the market place for this information, probably by approaching independent Chartered Surveyors. Regarding the properties held by Adur district council the details of vacant properties are as follows -
