Please supply a copy of the contract between Somerset County
Council and Southwest One including all information previously
deemed to be confidential, taking into account the newly released
guidance from the Information Commissioner's Office on "Confidence
and Contracts" and "Third Party commercial Concerns".

These essentially state that a companies commercial concerns should
not take priority over the Public Interest and that contracts
should not normally be considered for section 41 exemption because
it has not been obtained by the public authority from another
party.

accounts, Somerset County Council has previously made a printed,
redacted version of the Service Delivery Contract with Southwest One
available for inspection at County Hall, with an officer available to
address any connected questions.

A copy of the Service Delivery Contract can be made available to you in
a similar manner.
